Our Story

Rachael, Joanna, and Shannon have been collaborating since childhood. These three sisters were born and raised in Queens, NY by their musical-minded father and entrepreneurial-minded mother. Early involvement in the film and theater industry left an indelible mark on each of them. Their own productions began small—as just a Disney Princess musical review in their basement or a Superwoman film shot on their parents’ 90s camera.

Over the past 20 years, they have been involved in student films, an award-winning short film, regional theater, children’s theater, and concert work that has brought them to multiple countries and across the Eastern seaboard. They began Three Leaf Productions to fill the need for more uplifting stories infused with hope and full of heart.

    CO-FOUNDER

    The oldest of the three sisters, Rachael is our budding writer, with a head chock full of story ideas. Whether she’s guessing the plot twist in a tv series or working with great symbolism ideas on stage, Rachael is the go-to gal for making a story better.


    Professionally speaking, she has trained as an actor with @theactingstudiony and @thenewyorkdramacenter …most recently with the late great Olympia Dukakis, soaking up her wisdom in the years leading up to the pandemic. She has been on set with student and indie films alike, and hopes to bring more heartfelt stories to the screen and stage.

    The middle sister, Joanna is our get-it-done gal who loves excel spreadsheets. Whether she’s crafting a prompt email response or color coding a contact list, she’s ready to dive head first into problem solving for the company.


    As an actor, she has trained in the Meisner technique at @esperstudio as well as with @thenewyorkdramacenter master teachers. She has performed regionally on stage in musicals and Shakespeare alike. Her short film debut in 2018 earned her a Best Actress nomination at @westfield_intl_filmfestival

    CO-FOUNDER

    The youngest of the three sisters, Shannon brings her bubbly energy and fierceness to the table. With a passion for theatrics and Pop music, her bohemian blend adds a kick of spice to our team.


    Professionally speaking, she has performed in regional theater, a cappella groups, and more recently starting her own page @mostlytaylorswiftcovers where she unites her guitar skills and pop vocals with her Swiftie heart.

Through a three-pronged approach—creative development, performance, and community engagement—we bring narratives from page to stage, scene to screen, and heart to home. We believe strength lies in unity, and stories are the thread that bind us.
